The Role:
As a Custom Applicator, you will be responsible for accurately mixing, loading, transporting, and applying chemical solutions—specifically litter amendments—at customer poultry facilities. This role requires precision, adherence to safety protocols, and excellent customer service skills.
Key Qualifications:
Valid CDL required for the position.
Successful candidates will be required to maintain hazardous materials and tanker endorsements on CDL.
High school diploma or equivalent; no prior industry experience necessary.
Clean motor vehicle record (MVR) with no preventable accident history.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
