Part Time Retail Merchandiser (No Nights or Weekends)
Job Specifics: Jacent Strategic Merchandising is hiring for a Part time Merchandiser in your area. In this position, the Merchandiser would manage the merchandising of impulse items displayed on clip strips & j-hooks in specific areas of supermarkets. The Merchandiser would cultivate relationships with in-store management, execute merchandising resets, and build retail displays. The Merchandiser would also seek to improve the consumer buying experience by creating merchandising solutions in their assigned stores through the proper implementation of plan-o-grams, new item placement, void corrections, stock rotations, and building displays. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, quick learner, has a strong attention to detail, and works well in independent situations. The ideal candidate must also possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with business partners to be successful.

What we're looking for:
• Must be 18 years old or older
• Self-motivated and keen attention to detail
• Flexibility and being able to adapt to change
• Organized and able to schedule your time efficiently
• Professional & friendly demeanor with a sense of accountability
• Available mornings & afternoons, Monday to Friday
• Reliable transportation
• Reliable access to a computer, internet and printer to use for company-related business
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and be on feet for 3 to 8 hours
• Computer literate and able to operate a smart phone or tablet utilizing different applications and internet for company
business, like ordering, GPS tracking, and time recording
• Must be able to read, speak and understand English
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience required
• 1 to 2 years previous merchandising, grocery or retail sales experience preferred
The position is approximately 10 hours per week.
COMPENSATION: $11.00 Hourly Pay - with paid mileage and travel time
