Pullets/hens. Born in July. They are not laying yet. I purchased them from a hatchery. $25 each
I will guess they will start laying at the end of December or maybe the middle of January. I have raised chickens a long time and sometimes they wait until spring to start laying if the weather is too cold.
I have 1 Sapphire Gem, 2 Buff Orpington, 3 barred rock, 3 Sicilian Buttercup, and several more that I don't remember the breed.
The price is firm. They cost a fee to buy from the hatchery and then months of feed.
They came in two separate shipping orders. They were born around July 6-8th and also around July 22nd-24th so they are all roughly the same age. I cannot tell the two week older ones from the younger ones.
Mountain View, AR in the city limits.
They come to feed but they are easier to catch at night as they all roost on the porch instead of the chicken coop.
