I have a 16 year old black fox Trotter Mare named Maybel. Maybel stands 14.1 hands tall and has a nice thick mane and tail. She has been ridden down the gravel road, in the woods and through the pasture. She crosses water/logs with no problems. Maybel turns and handles with ease,she will pick right up into a nice smooth gait and will slow right back down to a walk. She stands tied,to be saddled and stands good for the farrier.
