Umbrella Liability Insurance;
Worker's Comp Insurance;
•TASKS:
1. Experience & Work Quality

Proven experience with residential re-roofs, including projects involving solar panel coordination

Must be capable of handling jobs ranging from a few squares to 40+ squares

Must also be able to perform related work as needed:

Sistering rafters

Installing purlins

Vent replacement or relocation

All work must be clean, consistent, and code-compliant

2. Communication

Must have a reliable point of contact

Proactive updates required on scheduling, structural issues, delays, and job status

Notify us immediately of any conditions that may impact solar reinstall

3. Photo Documentation

Before, during, and after photos required on every job

Photos must clearly show roof condition, penetrations, structural repairs, and completed work

Jobs are not considered complete until photo documentation is submitted

4. Jobsite Conduct & Safety

Jobsite must be cleaned thoroughly — no debris, nails, or trash left behind

Crews must be professional and respectful at all times

Must follow all OSHA safety standards, including fall protection and ladder safety

Unsafe behavior or poor jobsite management may result in removal from future projects

5. Licensing & Insurance

Valid roofing contractor license in applicable state(s)

Active general liability and workers’ comp coverage

COIs must be provided upon request
